Deleting your account with From Isan to Isan

From Isan to Isan is an app for renting and renting out agricultural machinery. In the Google Play Store the app appears under the developer name From Isan to Isan, in the App Store under Andreas Horn.

How to delete your account in the app

1. Open the app and sign in.
2. Tap the gear icon at the top right.
3. At the very bottom, tap “ลบบัญชี” (“delete account”; German: „Konto löschen").
4. Confirm in the next window.

Without the app

You no longer have the app? Write to datenschutz@fromisantoisan.com with the email address or the LINE name with which you signed in. We will delete your account within 30 days and confirm this to you.

What is deleted (gelöscht)

• Your name
• Your renter profile with location and photos
• All your machine listings with photos
• Your own blocked days in the calendar
• Meeting points you specified as a renter
• Your notifications

Ongoing and future bookings are cancelled; the other party is notified.

What is retained (aufbewahrt), and why

• Past bookings – machine, period and price, without your name. They also belong to the other party: the owner or renter needs the record of the transaction. They remain stored insofar and for as long as the other party still needs them for the traceability of past bookings or statutory retention obligations apply.
• Reviews you have given – without your name. A review is part of the other person's reputation; deleting it with your account would distort their rating.
• Reviews you have received – without your name. They are part of what the other party recorded about their booking.
• Reports you have made or that concern you – until their handling is completed and, insofar as this is necessary for documentation, to prevent misuse or to clarify possible claims, for up to three years thereafter.
• Your sign-in data – the email address with which you signed in, or your LINE user ID. Anyone who signs in with it again sees the message “บัญชีนี้ถูกลบแล้ว” (“This account has been deleted”) and is signed out again. During this time, no new account can be created with the same sign-in data. At the latest three years after your account was deleted we also remove this information; the address is then free again. On your request to datenschutz@fromisantoisan.com we remove it earlier.
